Celebrate in style with our new release wines

We are pleased and proud to announce the release of new vintages of our premium wines. Our contract winemaker Keith Mugford of Moss Wood Estate has compiled the tasting notes. These wines will add an extra dimension to your celebrations during the festive season and will simplify the task of choosing suitable gifts for your family, friends or staff. Remember - Drink Green Valley Wines in Moderation - Often!!

Green Valley Riesling 2006:

Medium straw in colour. Clean crisp lifted nose of honey suckle, lemon sherbet, lime and lychees combined with a flinty mineralty. The palate displays fresh lemon and limes combined with lifted floral notes. Racy acidity defines the palate complementing the style.
Price: $20.00 per bottle, $240.00 per case -very limited supply be quick or miss out.

Green Valley Chardonnay 2004:

The colour is golden with a green hue. The nose shows delicate primary fruit aromas of lemon sherbet, grapefruit and lime typical to this Southern Margaret River region. Roasted nuts, biscuit, honey and hints of vanillin add to the complexity of this wine. The generous palate displays lemon pie with lime and freshly cut melon. Spice and sweet French Oak complement the finishing of grapefruit and roasted cashews.
Price: $28.00 per bottle, $320.00 per case.

Green Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2003:

Deep brick red in colour. Pretty blueberry, red currant and cherry aromas with cloves, earth, tobacco and fruit cake. Blueberries and currants highlight the palate completed by earthen notes, stewed fruit and dusty French Oak. The 2003 is a classic example of quality Margaret River Cabernet.
Price: $34.00 per bottle, $380.00 per case.

Green Valley Shiraz 2004:

Dark red with purple hue. The nose is extremely complex showing red currant, liquorice, dark fruit cake highlighted with spicy oak. The palate shows savoury dried fruits with earth and spice. The wine is incredibly rich and complex.
