Updates

• Big changes - as we are undergoing a new construction project. Which includes Solar energy on the roof, New storage and a New Cellar Door/Art gallery. The theme is sustainability and renewable energy - "Green" Valley.

• Customers will probably also see a new look on labels coming out also. It is all happening!
• I intend to do a drop to all old and existing clients to update them on news and events,
• We have recently won prizes in the "Winewise" small vigneron awards for Australia and New Zealand, winning Silvers and Bronze medals for the Cabernets (01. Silver, 02 and 03 bronze). Also a bronze for the shiraz 04
• We recently won 4 bronze medals at the Royal Melbourne wine show for the Shiraz 04, Chardonnay 04, Cab Sav 01 & 02 (this is Australia's largest show and some say most prestigious)

The Green Valley Chardonnay is another favourite with all the hallmarks of cooler climate growth. It is a clean, well made white with subtle melon, citrus and toasty oak characters. There is sometimes a hint of greenness (naturally), a pleasant mid-palate softness and crisp acidity on the finish. It is a delightful summer wine and marries beautifully with seafood and poultry.
